currently recruiting a Didactics & Students Support Intern to join our team, with the following tasks:\nAssistance in the classroom\nAttend lectures and learning activities to understand the dynamics of the Master's program\nAssist teachers during lectures\nSupport students, particularly during hand-drawing and digital rendering seminars, exercises and projects\nDaily set up of the classroom\nOpen and close in-person and remote lectures\nReception of lecturers and guests\nTechnical and IT support for teachers/lecturers and students\nDidactic operations\nOrganize and manage the archiving of didactic files and documents (exercises, briefs, projects, etc.)\nMaintain and update records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all information\nSupport in the organization of the lessons\nConsumable material storage and management\nRecruiting\nSupport the students recruiting process\nContact with the schools and the applicants\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nBachelor degree in design or similar\nExcellent knowledge of spoken and written English\nOrganizational skills, precision, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility\nExcellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook Express\nPreferable knowledge of Adobe package, 2D and 3D programs\nExcellent communication skills in a multicultural context, even with senior leaders\nWHAT
