communication skills\n\nSelf-organized, able to see the big picture, break complexity and manage inter-dependencies\n\nFunctional Competencies -\nBusiness acumen preferably developed as part of a digital, retail, ecommerce business team.\n\nModern digital product management, engineering, and operations practices.\n\nExcellent understanding of the APAC, especially Korea, consumer and technologies trends.\n\nExcellent communication skills, to be a leader and influencer, able to interact with all levels of organization.\n\nStrong product management, Scrum, Agile and/or DevOps experiences.\n\nStrong knowledge of digital platforms across the region and the globe.\n\nExperience\nMinimum Relevant Experience: 15+ years\n\nMinimum Supervisory Experience: 10+ years\n\nMinimum 10+ experience in International/multi-geography retail business within FMCG, fashion, services, consulting or luxury industry.\n\nNature of Work: Strategy management, Innovation management, Service Management, Vendor management, Technology management, Team coaching and people development\n\nAcademic Qualifications\nMinimum Degree Held: Degree or above.\n\nSubject Expert In: Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Information Systems and related disciplines.\n\nCertifications Required: Certificates or training in PM, Products and/or in Agile Methodology are a
