Please note that you must be enrolled in a university program for the duration of your internship.\nMain Purpose\nThis internship offers the opportunity to join Richemont Europe’s E-commerce Operations team and contribute to the development of scalable, efficient and well-governed e-commerce processes across the region.\nThe intern will support both day-to-day operational excellence and transformation initiatives, gaining exposure to end-to-end e-commerce flows, release coordination, knowledge management, project governance and cross-functional stakeholder management within a leading luxury group.\nScope\nThe role supports multiple Maisons across European markets, including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, IWC, Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre, A. Lange & Söhne, Piaget and Vacheron Constantin.\nThe position involves collaboration with regional teams, Maisons, Group functions and shared service partners across a broad stakeholder network.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperational Excellence & Process Governance\nSupport the mapping, documentation and continuous improvement of end-to-end e-commerce operational flows, including order management, returns, exchanges and related client operations processes. \nMaintain and improve internal knowledge materials, including process articles, onboarding content, guidelines and ways of working. \nSupport regional business release activities, including testing coordination and post-release follow-up. \nAssist in preparing operational updates, process overviews and stakeholder communications. \nContribute to initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency, clarity and scalability. \nProject & Transformation Support\nSupport regional e-commerce, digital client relations and omnichannel initiatives across Europe. \nAssist with project coordination, including workshops, meeting preparation, action tracking, status updates and governance materials. \nPrepare presentations, templates and dashboards to support decision-making and progress visibility. \nHelp monitor milestones, risks, dependencies and key project indicators. \nSupport alignment between regional teams, Maisons and Group stakeholders. \nSkills\nStrong organization skills and attention to detail. \nClear communication and good interpersonal skills. \nAbility to structure and summarize information from multiple sources. \nProactive, adaptable and eager to learn. \nGood command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint). \nBasic understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage. \nFluent in English. \nProfile\nCurious about e-commerce, digital operations and the luxury industry. \nComfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment. \nInterested in processes, systems, project coordination and continuous improvement. \nCollaborative, reliable and willing to take ownership. \nWe Offer\nA hands-on learning experience within one of the world’s leading luxury groups, with exposure to European e-commerce operations, transformation projects and a broad international stakeholder network. \nYour Journey With us \n If your application is selected, we will reach out to you within 2 weeks for an informal introductory call.
