Our program is designed to unlock your potential, grow your skills, and prepare you for success in the world of watchmaking.

Encasing Technician

The Encasing Technician Course is a 4-month program that teaches students the necessary skills in micromechanics and basic watch encasing service operations, through both practical and theoretical training, to prepare them for a successful career.

This course focuses on:

• Fundamentals of Micromechanics

• Dismantling of Cases

• Case preparation

• Watch Encasing

• Movement Exchange Procedures

• Adjustment Procedures

• Final Controls

Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this program:

• Authorized to work in the United States

• High School Degree or GED

• No watchmaking experience requirement

• Will need to pass the following:

• Core & Bennett Test

• Technical Career Assessment Day

• Interviews

Program Details:

• Duration: 4 months

• Schedule: 40 hours per week

• Start Date: Monday, March 8th, 2027

• End Date: Friday, July 16th, 2027

• Achievement Upon Completion: Encasing Technician Certification
