Our program is designed to unlock your potential, grow your skills, and prepare you for success in the world of watchmaking.\nEncasing Technician\nThe Encasing Technician Course is a 4-month program that teaches students the necessary skills in micromechanics and basic watch encasing service operations, through both practical and theoretical training, to prepare them for a successful career. \nThis course focuses on:\nFundamentals of Micromechanics \nDismantling of Cases \nCase preparation \nWatch Encasing \nMovement Exchange Procedures \nAdjustment Procedures \nFinal Controls \nRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
