You'll design and develop automation solutions, build custom applications, improve operational processes, and help deliver secure, scalable services that enhance the digital workplace experience.\nWorking closely with global IT teams, you'll play a key role in driving innovation, improving efficiency, and supporting the technologies that enable our workforce worldwide.\nWhat You'll Do\n\nDesign, develop, and support automation solutions and custom applications.\nBuild and maintain full-stack applications and software packages.\nDevelop and maintain scripts using technologies such as PowerShell and Python.\nSupport application deployment, troubleshooting, and operational activities.\nMonitor services, infrastructure, and automation platforms to ensure reliability and performance.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, product enhancements, and process optimization.\nCollaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge across teams.\nPromote automation services and best practices throughout the organisation.\nParticipate in problem management, change management, and service improvement activities.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or a similar IT role.\nExperience working within enterprise or international environments is highly valued.\nFamiliarity with ITSM / ITIL principles, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.\nTechnical Scope (Candidates should have solid experience of at least two or more technologies listed below by priority order):\nWeb technologies : HTLM/Javascript/CSS, Typescript, React\nAutomation Platforms : UiPath, Power Platform, other\nScripting Languages : PowerShell and/or Python is mandatory, Pester\nAWS & Infrastructure as Code : Lamba,EC2,RDS / Terraform\nMicrosoft Ecosystem : SQL database, Sharepoint online, Dataverse, Exchange\nDevelopment Workflow : Gitlab, JIRA\nOperating System : Windows Server / Windows 10-11, macOS, iOS\nTools:\n\nSoftware Deployment: PSAppDeployToolkit\nEndpoint management : InTune, Workspace One, Tanium, Cortex XDR, GPOs\nPersonal Skill s\nThe ideal candidate is a collaborative and
