traditional craftsmanship to more industrialized practices.\nHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?\nThe role is embedded in Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain “Operations & Services” and part of the Engineering & Product Development Product Area.\nYou will lead a team of technology experts and be responsible for the Platforms and various components of our CAD, CAM & PLM applications architecture.\nYou will be responsible for improvements and support of those platforms, in accordance with the priorities of our Product Owners roadmap and our Security / Architects guidelines.\nYour leadership will be key to ensuring the harmonious integration of these platforms within our entire digital ecosystem.\nYour forward-thinking vision and expertise in DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code will support us in our transition to a hybrid cloud architecture.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, develop, and motivate a team of specialized consultants and technical experts, fostering their professional development and the acquisition of new skills, leveraging Agile best practices\n\nDefine a technical vision and maintain the roadmap in alignment with product strategy and enterprise architecture\n\nManage the complete lifecycle of our PLM, CAD, and CAM platforms (selection, implementation, upgrades, maintenance, monitoring and support), ensuring their performance and scalability,\n\nEnsure the compliance of our solutions with enterprise architecture and security guardrails.\n\nPrepare and monitor the budget to plan your team's capacity to support all initiatives requested by our Maisons.\n\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?\nProfessional experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nExtensive experience (5+ years) in platform operations or a similar role.\n\nSignificant experience in technical team management.\n\nExcellent ability and experience to effectively communicate technical information to management, peers, and industry partners.\n\nDemonstrated ability to develop and manage effective working relationships within an organization and across multiple clients and/or stakeholders.\n\nFluency in English (French or other languages is a plus)\n\nSpecific knowledge\nProfound understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.\n\nStrong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, Lua) and automation frameworks.\n\nExperience with advanced monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack, Datadog).\n\nIn-depth knowledge of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures.\n\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nProven SSDLC proficiency (experience with Gitlab CI, Vault, JFrog, is a plus)\n\nStrong proficiency in development (java, Kotlin,…)\n\nFamiliarity with VDI technologies like Citrix\n\nGood understanding of architectural design principles and integration technologies such as APIs and Event Driven Architecture\n\nGood understanding of the software development and customization lifecycle in Agile and Scrum models.\n\nPlatform Specific knowledge\nExperience with solutions like Creo, Windchill, Matlab, Ansys, Oracle is a plus.\n\n#Richemont
