Working closely with the Events & CRM Manager Middle East, this is a vital role by bringing the Maison's vision to life through elevated client experience, fostering client relationship, and boutique activations.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCRM & Client Experience\nSupport in developing and executing monthly CRM campaigns aligned with business priorities and commercial objectives\nSupport boutiques in organizing personalized client experiences, personalized private appointments \nCreate seasonal product catalogues tailored to each market’s assortment, as well as bespoke catalogues upon boutique request \nConsolidate and report monthly Bloom KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates \nExtract monthly client birthday lists and coordinate with boutiques to ensure client treatments are executed on time \nManage CRM data and perform client reassignment when needed \nEvents\nCoordinate and execute all events and activations, both in-store and external, ensuring seamless delivery \nSupport in sourcing and managing suppliers, vendors, venues, and talent while adhering to budget allocations and Maison standards \nLiaise with HQ (CRM, VM, Events teams) to obtain event approvals and ensure alignment with global guidelines \nOversee all operational requirement for the event, including permit, logistics, supplier deliveries, and store set-up \nCapture event content and prepare comprehensive post-event reports, including qualitative feedback and performance results \nPR Coordination\nLiaise with the PR agency on sample requests for editorial shoots with partners \nCollect and consolidate monthly PR performance reports for regional reporting \nCoordinate with the Merchandising team to identify key investment pieces for each collection and share relevant assortment with the PR agency for press sample selection \nBusiness Development\nConduct monthly competitor benchmarking across marketing: CRM initiatives, client experiences, events, and media activities \nPerform regular market research on competitor brands and identify regional trends and best practices \nAdministration\nRaise and monitor IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues \nCoordinate the setup of new boutiques on ViewApp and Rendez-vous platforms \nManage user access requests for new joiners and coordinate access modifications or extensions across relevant retail systems \nManage vendor creation, purchase orders (POs), amendments, and extensions \nCoordinate invoice submission and follow up on payment status with Finance \nMaintain organized records of all A&P invoices \nPERSON SPECIFICATION:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.) \nInterest in Fashion, passionate about luxury experiences, and has an eye for product \nStrong organizational skills and high creativity \nAbility to work autonomously, with a high level of responsibility and accountability \nEffective communication and presentation skills \nSelf-motivated, driven individual \nProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.) \nArabic language is a plus \nAt Chloé, we are committed to promoting employment that is inclusive and respects diversity.
