The position also offers broad exposure to business analysis and key projects including boutique openings, e-commerce, SAP implementation and new Maison integrations.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nAct as a key Finance Operations partner to Maisons, providing guidance on compliance, controls and day-to-day boutique operations.\nSupport boutique teams in strengthening their understanding of processes and procedures through regular training and knowledge sharing.\nPerform internal control reviews, compliance assessments and boutique audits, following up on identified actions.\nSupport inventory controls, stock takes, consignment reviews and other key retail finance processes.\nPrepare sales analysis, retail KPIs and ad-hoc business reporting for Maisons.\nSupport new boutique openings, closures and key operational activities, ensuring the appropriate processes, tools and controls are in place.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of retail processes, procedures, controls and systems.\nCoordinate and support Finance-related projects including e-commerce, SAP implementation, new Maison integration and internal/external audits.\nPROFILE & EXPERIENCE\nRelevant experience within Finance Operations\nStrong understanding of financial controls, compliance and operational processes.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret business performance and prepare meaningful reports.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to partner with Finance, Maison and boutique teams.\nOrganised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.\nStrong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.\nExperience within retail, luxury or a multi-brand environment would be advantageous.\nComfortable supporting cross-functional projects and operational change.\n#Richemont
