YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?\n- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.\n- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans to optimize the time of senior colleagues or executives.\n- Prepare routine letters, emails, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by senior colleagues or executives.\n- Create moderately complex documents using various applications for technology devices, such as standard office software, and gather and summarize data for reports.\n- Design monthly schedules and assign work to others to enhance office workflow and prioritize high-priority tasks.\n- Generate accurate reports by collecting data from various standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.\n- Extract and combine data to produce standard reports.\n- Monitor and analyze data using budgeting systems and protocols.\n- Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills through assessment, development planning activities, and formal and informal training and coaching.\n- Acquire working knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, ensuring adherence to mandatory procedures.\n- Support procurement tasks by following established procedures.\nGeneral EducationPost-Secondary
