You will join a collaborative and dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a strong and supportive HR team. While playing a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR operations and processes, you will be guided and empowered to grow throughout your journey.\nCarry out and coordinate HR administrative tasks.\nPrepare contractual documents and HR correspondence, including relevant appendices, and ensure compliance.\nMonitor and communicate all contractual information (entries, exits and transfers) to the Payroll Department.\nCarry out monthly payroll checks in conjunction with the Payroll Department.\nMonitor work certificates.\nSupport the HRBPs with their administrative activities.\nLiaise with the payroll and social security teams.\nExchange information regularly with the payroll and social security teams concerning arrivals, departures, mobility and other relevant changes.\nReview payroll variables monthly.\nMonitor and share information on life events throughout the employee lifecycle.\nCoordinate time management.\nMonitor long-term absences and coordinate with our partner.\nAnalyse employees’ leave and overtime and alert the HRBPs where necessary.\nEnsure that time-management data is accurately reflected in the system and support employees with the required updates.\n Update monthly productivity KPIs based on working hours and absences.\nCoordinate with recruitment agencies to hire temporary workers and manage their onboarding.\n Submit temporary workers’ monthly hours to partner agencies and follow up on related invoices and purchase orders in SAP Finance (POs).\nPlay an active role in HR projects and events.\nOrganise and run the induction day for new employees in conjunction with the Hospitality, Security and IT departments.\nManage the logistics for on-site HR training in collaboration with the Hospitality Department.\nMonitor and participate in various HR projects, including onboarding, time management, digitalisation and the simplification of HR processes.\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nWith a passion for people, you hold a CFC in Business Administration with an MPC, or an equivalent qualification, as well as an HR Management certificate and at least two years of experience in a similar position.\nDynamic, proactive, and committed by nature, you are service-oriented and precise. You are able to manage complexity across multiple scenarios, tools, and interfaces.\nYou are interested in digitalisation and have a critical mindset. You have a good command of standard tools (MS Office) and, ideally, experience with SAP or Workday. You speak French, and are fluent in English.
