In this role, you will support both the VM and Store Design Planning (SDP) teams in key daily operational tasks and actions.\nVM REQUIREMENTS\nSupport the VM team in handling the wholesale channel\n\nManage all VM administrative aspects with Boutiques and dealers (e.g. purchase order, creation/extensions vendors, invoices check, wholesale Orders of institutional PLV boutiques & communications, wholesale VM Monthly Cycle order)\n\nCreate VM reporting for new openings, special events/activations\n\nContribute to enrich VM yammer pages and the internal tools\n\nCollaborate with VM team on CSR projects\n\nSDP REQUIREMENTS\nSupport the SDP team in Boutique Maintenances whole process\n\nManage all SDP administrative aspects with Boutiques and Espaces (e.g. purchase order, creation/extensions vendors, follow SAP procedure, invoices check, suppliers follow up, site surveys during and after works)\n\nManage all administrative aspects with Espaces and Boutique Maintenances\n\nDesign preliminary layout proposal for Espace, and resourcing materials\n\nCreate SDP reporting and presentations on new openings\n\nContribute to enrich the SDP Yammer pages and internal tools\n\nPROFILE\nGood interpersonal and communication skills are required as well strong attention to detail and partner’s needs.
