Become a vital part of the Cartier team, growing your skills in Learning & Development while also gaining 360-degree exposure to the HR Generalist function for the Benelux & Nordics region.\nIn this hybrid role, your time will be split between driving our L&D initiatives (approx. 70-80%) and supporting core HR Generalist activities (approx. 20-30%):\nLearning Content & Platform Support: You will assistthe L&D team in updating training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules. You will also support the daily administration of our “MyLearning”platform-uploading courses, managing enrollments, troubleshooting basic user queries, and tracking completion rates.\n\nTraining Coordination & Logistics: You will play a key role in making our training programs a success by coordinating logistics. This includes scheduling workshops, managing registrations, preparing training spaces, coordinating catering/travel, and gathering attendee feedback via surveys.\n\nData, Reporting & Project Support: You will collect and analyze data related to program effectiveness and participant satisfaction to help us continuously improve. You will also research L&D best practices in the luxury sector, assistwith administrative project tasks (including invoice follow-ups), and support exciting talent initiatives.\n\nCommunication & Engagement: You will draft internal communications (emails, intranet articles) and help design creative, engaging marketing materials to promote upcoming learning opportunities.\n\nHR Generalist Support (20-30% of your time): To ensure you get a complete, well-rounded view of HR, you will collaborate closely with our HR Generalists on day-to-day HR operational activities, onboarding/offboarding processes, and team projects.\n\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US\nBy being yourself and showing your passion for people, continuous learning, and processes, while demonstratinggreat organizational and communication skills.\nYou are currently enrolled in aHBO/WO program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field).\n\nYou are available for a full-time internship starting in Septemberfor a duration of 6 months.\n\nYou are fluent in English.
