Your primary responsibilities will include:\nPrepare and maintain shipping documents, including invoice, packing lists, airway and customs documentation.\nCoordinate with internal brands, Customer Service team, warehouse, destination offices and external logistics partners to guarantee the smooth and timely delivery of our shipments.\nMonitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues and communicate delays or risks to relevant stakeholders.\nApply and manage CITES permits and handle enquiries from AFCD.\nLodge trade declarations in Tradelink.\nValidate billings from forwarders, updating and maintaining proper freight reports.\nProactively identifying and resolving any transportation-related issues or bottlenecks to maintain exceptional customer experience.\nPerform ad-hoc tasks as required by manager to fulfil business needs.\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nTo thrive in this dynamic role, we are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Logistics Administrator with the following qualifications:\nDiploma level or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in freight and international logistics position, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.\nStrong working knowledge of import and export procedures, customs clearance and transportation management.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.\nProficiency in using SAP, ERP, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel\nFast learner, proactive and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.\nGood command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)\nWHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?\nOur true power does not lie in our similarities but in the rich diversity of our arts, cultures, and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.\nWe value freedom, collegiality, loyalty, and solidarity.\nWe foster empathy, curiosity, courage, humility, and integrity. \nWe care for the world we live in.\nYOUR JOURNEY WITH U S\nYou will be invited to meet with our Talent Acquisition Team for an initial understanding of the role.
