YOUR MISSION:
New Foundations is Richemont’s multi-year transformationprogrammeto simplify and align business processes and technology in preparation for the Group’s migration to SAP S/4HANA. It is designed to create theorganisational, governance and delivery foundations needed to enable a successful,scalableand business-led ERP transformation.
AsProgrammeManager for New Foundations, you will own the day-to-day orchestration,cadenceand operational discipline of this strategic transformationprogramme. You will ensure theprogrammeruns as a single, integrated effort, with decisions, risks and dependencies tracked and executed consistently across all workstreams. Partnering closely with theProgrammeDirector, theprogrammeteamand wider Group Platforms stakeholders, you will be the trusted operational backbone of theprogramme, with no content ownership.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
In this role, you will:
Co-design the New Foundationsprogrammewith theProgrammeDirector and wider Group Platforms stakeholders, translating ambition,governanceand decisions into a structured and executable plan.
Orchestrate overallprogrammeexecution, ensuring allstreamsprogress in line with agreed scope,cadenceand priorities.
Maintain a single integrated view of theprogrammeand ownits cadence and rhythm - planning cycles, forums,milestonesand decision tracking.
Prepare and drive arbitration processes with relevant stakeholders, framing options, impacts and trade-offs for theProgrammeDirector and Group Platforms Executive Committee (ExCo).
Track decisions and non-negotiables, ensuring commitments are clearly recorded and reflected in plans and deliverables, following up on actions, managingslippageand escalating risks early.
Coordinate documentation and readiness for Discovery deliverables and the planning and preparation of Solution Design.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Strong background inprogrammeorchestration and complex delivery environments.
Experienceoperatingin multi-entity, Group-levelprogrammes
Exposure to large-scale ERP transformations, ideally including SAP S/4HANA conversions.
Experience working with external consulting partners duringinitialprogrammeset-up.
Programmestructuring and planning, including cadence,milestonesand dependency management.
Rigorous tracking and follow-through, turning decisions into executable actions.
Risk and issue management, with early identification and escalation.
Clear synthesis and framing,consolidatingcomplex inputs into conciseprogrammeviews.
Strong coordination across business, technology,financeand changemanagementteams.
Highly disciplined,structuredandexecution-oriented.
Comfortable operating incomplexenvironment
Focused on outcomes, follow-throughand operational excellence.
