Act as the primary operational referent to resolve daily floor challenges and enable teams to focus on client engagement.\nEmpower & Lead the Team: Recruit, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team. Drive learning and development priorities, cultivate a positive and empowering team culture, and promote Chez Cartier principles across all touchpoints.\nChampion Brand Image & Hospitality Standards: Ensure the boutique consistently reflects Maison standards through impeccable visual displays, wardrobe and grooming excellence, and world-class hospitality experiences.\nOptimize Stock Management & Flows: Manage inventory, supplies, assets, and back-of-house execution.
