This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, global marketing environment and develop valuable skills in project management, communication, and gain understanding of the inner-working in the world of retail luxury.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport smooth running of day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with Commercial team\nParticipate in daily operations and evaluate protocols/processes across our boutiques while adhering to company regulations, and health and safety codes\nParticipate and contribute to meetings and workshops with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff\nPrepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs\nResponsible for monthly reports of competition activations\nSupport MarComs team in event planning & execution, public relations matters as well as client activation activities\nAssist with other ad hoc duties as assigned\nYOUR PROFILE\nPro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\nA positive attitude and willingness to learn\nGood communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills\nTeam player with strong collaborative spirit\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nYOUR JOURNEY WITH US\nIf your application is selected, we will give you an introductory call to explain further steps and discuss the opportunity.
