This role ensures the efficient management of inventory, streamlines operational processes, leads and develops the operations team, and significantly contributes to the boutique's overall profitability and seamless functioning.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a member of the store leadership team, motivate and empower an environment of teamwork to maintain collaboration within the store, between stores, and with business partners.\nBe fully integrated into the store team, participating in morning briefings and contributing to achieving the overall objectives of the store.\nUphold inventory management standards, influencing an organized and efficient work environment while ensuring ongoing accuracy of stock.\nMaintain stock inventory in perfect condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging).\nPrioritize stockroom safety, creating a professional and compliant environment for employees and vendors.\nOptimize stockroom and sales floor preshow/understock space to ensure merchandise is easily accessible and offers a seamless client experience.\nCheck the quality and conformity of all products delivered.\nOversees and ensures the permanent accuracy of in-store stock, implementing and managing weekly/monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes.\nManage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.\nGuarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and logistical activities, respecting deadlines.\nImprove product availability by interacting with supply chain and managing product requests to answer client needs.\nEnsure client repairs and refurbishment are delivered on schedule, impacting customer service.\nMaintain store supplies order management, contributing to the operating expenses of the store.\nMonitor store maintenance and manage stationery, uniforms, and kitchen supplies.\nFollow internal Audit guidelines and company policies and procedures.\nQualifications\n5+ years' experience in retail sales and operations.\n2+ years' management or supervisory experience.\nExperience ideally in the Retail luxury sector with a high affinity for luxury products.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through competencies.\nStrong organization, task-management, and logistics skill set.\nCompetent computer skills (e.g., SAP, Excel, Word).\nAbility to sit and stand for extended periods of time.\nAbility to lift up to 20lb boxes.\nWe Offer\nEmployee wellbeing is a top priority at Richemont.
