This role is ensures the efficient and accurate processing of high-value goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality, security and cost efficiency. Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, including our prestigious brands/Maisons, is critical. This role also involves leading the implementation and continuous operational improvements.\nResponsibilities\nSupervisor Support: Assist the supervisor in daily tasks, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure smooth team operations and hand offs to multiple shifts.\nTeam Leadership & Management: Train, and mentor a team of employees; providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring policy adherence. Equip the team with necessary skills and knowledge.\nOperational Excellence: Assign daily work, monitor progress, and adjust to meet operational demands. Oversee efficient processing of luxury retail products. Monitor KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain quality/security standards.\nCommunication & Collaboration: Serve as the point of contact for brands/Maisons. Communicate with internal teams. Perform shift communication plans.\nSOPs & Continuous Improvement: Lead SOP implementation and maintenance. Identify and implement process improvements using Lean/5S principles. Conduct 5S audits and participate in change management.\nSafety & Housekeeping: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.\nSystem & Project Participation: Participate in SAP/EWM system checks and business development projects.\nCross-Functional Support: Cross-train to support multiple departments.\nLeadership Development: Participate in activities to strengthen leadership skills, such as stand up meetings, all hands facilitation, teach backs, audits, and SOP development.\nProblem Solving & Decision Making: Proactively resolve issues, make data-driven decisions, and escalate complex problems.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n2-3 years of experience in operations or similar type of environment\nStrong knowledge of distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.\nUnderstanding of Logistics processes (Inbound, Outbound, Returns, Inventory, and Planning Scheduling, etc.) a plus.\nExperience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience a strong plus.\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)\nProven experience in leading and managing teams.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; Spanish is a plus.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nContinuous improvement mindset, open to learning and finding new and innovative solutions.\nFlexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
