We believe when inclusion is fully embraced and empowered, creativity and knowledge emerge to deliver excellence, advancing the community that is uniquely Richemont Americas.\nPart-Time Sales Associate\nMontblanc | Cabazon\nReports to: Boutique Manager\nRole Overview\nOverall responsibility for achievement of individual sales objectives; developing and servicing the customer.\nResponsibilities (or Mission)\nAchieve preset sales objectives.\nDevelop network and clientele.\nCapture client information; consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships and sales\nPossess strong product knowledge of the various collections\nProvide outstanding customer service.\nDevelop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after sales service techniques.\nMaintain the aesthetic quality of the store.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.\nStrong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nBilingual English/Mandarin preferred.\nStanding on the sales floor for 90% of the workday\nReaching to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves\nBending to access product stored within cabinets\nOccasional need to use a ladder to reach product\nUnpacking and/or lifting of large boxes that contain product\nRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
