You are currently within your third or final year of studying in the marketing and/or communication field, full-time available and are excited to add value to projects within a well-established company and Maison.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPR\nUnder the responsibility of the PR Manager and in collaboration with external PR agencies, you will be assisting in and/or responsible for:\nMonitoring of publications and send editorial reports to HQ on a daily\nResponsible for monthly and trimestral reports and analyses\nAssist PR agencies by proving tailor made press material\nCoordinate local shootings with our PR stock\nCoordinate distribution and updated PR stock of PR agencies in collaboration with PR Manager\nAssist with vendor creations and extensions\nAssist PR Manager with PR strategic presentations\nAssist with organization of PR Events and press trips\nEVENTS\nUnder the responsibility of the two Event Managers you will be assisting in and/or responsible for:\nUpdate events database (suppliers, catering, new venues etc.)\nHelp monitor/update the annual calendar, retro planning and events budget (Excel)\nWork together with the local finance team for vendor creations and extensions\nControl of the events inventory and be the main contact for the warehouse\nCoordinate the shipments (sending and receiving) for events\nAssist with the preparation of creative briefs, presentations and post-reports (PowerPoint)\nCollect, compile and organize information about major competitors\nREQUIREMENTS\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nFluent in English (written and spoken)\nStrong interpersonal skills;
