from quality and services to competitivity, compliance and sustainability - for all indirect categories (Marketing, Retail, professional services, …):\nLead and develop the Procurement Function\nDrive procurement best practices and compliance\nOptimize sourcing and provide sourcing support to Maisons and Functions\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and develop the Procurement Function:\nDevelop and promote the procurement function, engage with key stakeholders\nDevelop and implement the local procurement strategy, in line with Regional and Global Procurement strategy\nContribute to Regional Procurement strategy and initiatives\nDrive Procurement Excellence:\nManage and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and controls\nImplement procurement tools and best practices\nTrain, coach and support stakeholders\nTrack and report performance and compliance\nOptimize sourcing and provide sourcing support to Maisons and Functions:\nPartner with stakeholders to establish sourcing strategies\nSetup and manage preferred suppliers\nLead major tenders and negotiations to obtain best conditions\nLead or support supplier relationship management\nYOUR PROFILE\nYou are an established and versatile sourcing and procurement professional with 7+ years of professional experience ideally in international and matrix environments.\nYou have excellent communication skills and are capable to work with diverse and demanding stakeholders in a challenging and fast-paced environment to build and drive collaborations, foster best practices, and deliver concrete results.\nYou are structured and have excellent analytical skills.\nYou have strong negotiation skills and are capable to engage suppliers at executive level on diverse spend categories.\nYou are fluent in English -
