He provides advanced solution-specific support, design, and configuration guidance to the Product Team.\nAs a Production and Maintenance Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, deployment and support solution develop on our Headless MES Rhize, which is based on graphQL data base and following the ISA95 model.\nYou will be accountable for the improvements and delivery of the applications according to the roadmap of our “Product Owner” and guidelines of our Architects.You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business analysts, Software Engineers, QA Engineers to translate business requirements into robust and effective data solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain expert-level knowledge on Rhize MES\n\nUnderstand its configuration, data structures, APIs and limitations\n\nDesign solution-specific behaviors aligned with product standards\n\nImplement advanced configuration or setup\n\nValidate technical/functional scenarios\n\nSupport upgrades, patches and vendor releases\n\nAssist colleague on complex solution issues\n\nAnalyze logs, traces, performance issues, configuration issues\n\nProvide expert RCA for solution-level incidents\n\nFollow product evolution and roadmap of the vendor\n\nMaintain solution-specific documentation\n\nTrain internal teams on capabilities and boundaries\n\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?\nMaster degree / Engineer with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering\n\n5+ years of experience, ideally with a consulting background, in contact with industrial environments in Production as well in IT\n\nStrong Experience on MES solution (Rhize MES is a plus) and with SAP integration.\n\nPractice of the ISA95 standards and graphQL data base.\n\nCollaborative leadership and coaching mindset.\n\nExperience in designing business solutions based on SAP PP, with MES related experiences, ideally also with Low Code / No Code platforms\n\nGood understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies such as APIs\n\nGood understanding of software development & customizing lifecycle in Agile and Scrum models\n\nExperience in Team Management overseeing the Design, Deployment and Support activities, including budget follow up and planning activities\n\nExcellent ability and experience to effectively communicate technical information to management,
