Technical Quality Control & Assurance\nConduct comprehensive technical quality control inspections on all watch repairs, ensuring strict adherence toestablishedprocedures and brand specifications.\n\nDocument and escalate quality control failures to theHead of TechnicalOperationsforappropriate resolutionand further processing.\n\nMaintainaccurateand comprehensive records of all quality control failures.\n\nProactivelyidentifyand report technical issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and providing constructive feedback to management.\n\n2. Operational Compliance & Workstation Management\nAdhere strictly to servicecentrepoliciesregardingauthorized repairs, ensuring no unauthorized watches or non-watch products are serviced.\n\nEnsure the proper disposal or storage of used spare parts,maintaininga clean, organized, and safe workstation.\n\nMaintain all equipment inoptimalworking condition tofacilitateeffective daily operations.\n\n3.
