This individual will be responsible for overseeing the overall repairs and preventative maintenance services within a region based out of Coral Gables, FL.\nMain accountabilities/objective of the position\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with internal and external partners to provide repair and preventative maintenance services.\nCommunicate and liaise with store management and security to coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance work.\nProvide support to visual merchandising, events, network development and other key internal departments as needed for CNA’s boutique activations.\nPerform regular visits to ensure boutiques are properly maintained to company standards.\nSupervise and oversee the quality of work performed by external vendors.\nProvide continuous feedback and recommendations to external vendors to ensure highest quality of standards are delivered.\nEstablish new relationships with local vendors to provide high quality and reliable services.\nProvides maintenance recommendations and guidance as needed to Store Development & Planning team.\nCollaborate with internal and external partners throughout new boutique construction and/or renovations.\nProvide administrative support as needed for invoicing, vendor onboarding and ad hoc requests.\nQualifications:\n3-5 years of relevant facility maintenance experience.\nFacility Management and/or Construction Experience in high-end retail preferred.\nAbility to read Architectural and Mechanical drawings.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.\nExperience leading or managing in a multi-unit or multi-team environment.\nAbility to deliver high-quality support.\nProven experience in being able to work independently as well as part of a team.\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\nAbility to work evening hours and weekends as needed.\nAbility to travel.\nExperience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.\nProficiency with maintenance management platforms, such as Fexa.\nSalary Range: $100,000-$125,000\n#Richemont
