The Retail Field Trainer will align training strategies with Montblanc's luxury values and retail objectives, utilizing both traditional and innovative digital learning methods.\nHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?\nTraining Strategy & Delivery:\nDesign, develop, and deliver engaging in-store and online training programs covering Montblanc's heritage, product knowledge (writing instruments, leather goods, watches, accessories), luxury customer experience, advanced sales techniques, and brand storytelling.\n\nCreate and customize comprehensive training content, including e-learning modules and annual updates.\n\nOrganize and facilitate Induction programs for new retail staff.\n\nEnsure consistent and passionate communication of Montblanc brand values, heritage, craftsmanship, and product benefits across all retail teams.\n\nPerformance Monitoring & E-learning Management:\nDevelop and manage content for Montblanc's E-learning App.\n\nMonitor and evaluate training program effectiveness (in-person and digital) using feedback, KPIs, and e-learning analytics (completion rates, user engagement).\n\nIdentify training needs through retail KPI analysis and structured store visits, providing detailed feedback reports.\n\nProvide ongoing support for continuous learning and consistent application of training methodologies.\n\nReport on training progress, challenges, and outcomes, leveraging insights from the e-learning platform.\n\nCoaching & Stakeholder Collaboration:\nProvide targeted coaching and mentorship to Store Managers and key staff to enhance skill development, leadership capabilities, and sales performance.\n\nCollaborate and manage regular communications with Regional teams and Stores regarding training material updates and new content.\n\nSupport the administrative management of daily training activities.\n\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nExperience:\nAt least 2 years progressive experience in the luxury retail sector.\n\nDedicated experience in retail training, preferably within a luxury brand.\n\nProven experience delivering engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual), with strong facilitation and coaching skills.\n\nExperience developing and managing content for e-learning platforms is highly desirable.\n\nSkills & Knowledge:\nStrong knowledge of key Retail KPIs and ability to analyze data.\n\nExcellent written and spoken Italian and English.\n\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.\n\nProficiency in managing digital learning tools and platforms.\n\nStrong organizational, planning, and time management skills.\n\nProactive attitude, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and engage diverse audiences as an excellent and engaging speaker.\n\nMobility:\nFrequent national and international travel across Italy & Malta (estimated 50% of time) for store visits and training sessions, otherwise based in our Milan Offices.\n\nCCNL Commercio\n\nSalary Range 36K -
