The Retail Merchandiser is a key role focused on optimizing the commercial performance of our products in boutiques. Combining strong retail expertise with a Business Analyst mindset, this position translates our client and commercial strategy into concrete merchandising actions through in-depth sales, stock, and customer analyses. By leveraging advanced Excel skills, market trends, customer feedback, and specific regional needs, you will generate actionable insights, monitor key performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making. The role encompasses responsibility for specific regions and leading cross-functional projects.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMerchandising Strategy & Planning:\nDevelop and implement comprehensive merchandising plans for collections and product families, including Open-to-Buy (OTB) management and the definition of merchandising objectives; \nActively contribute to global merchandising planning and participate in monthly MFP (Merchandise Financial Plan) reviews; \nPlan and manage seasonal investments at the boutique level, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and performance targets; \nBuild and maintain robust Excel-based analytical tools, dashboards, and reports to monitor sales, stock, sell-through, product performance, and key merchandising KPIs; \nTranslate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations to support assortment, investment, allocation, and commercial decisions; \nIntegrate market insights, trend analyses, and customer needs into the development of robust merchandising strategies. \nIn-Season Execution & Optimization :\nOversee and ensure the seasonal implementation of merchandising strategies, in coherence with global directives and 360° activation plans; \nConduct weekly reviews of seasonal sell-in and permanent product coverage to identify and implement relevant trading actions and VM stock push initiatives; \nCollaborate closely with the collection merchandising team for the planning and execution of events and product launches. \nLead permanent forecasting projects concerning minimum stock levels, allocations, catalogs, and weekly sell-in. \nRetail Network Animation & Regional Management:\nAnimate and develop the merchandising community and the retail network under their responsibility, fostering the sharing of best practices and the achievement of objectives;
