Retail Operations Executive in Türkiye, you will support the Country Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of boutique operations, while contributing to the development of Van Cleef & Arpels in the market.\nWorking closely with the boutiques and the Regional Team, you will be involved in a wide range of operational projects and activities, including retail operations, performance monitoring, visual merchandising, compliance, customer service and boutique events.\nThis V.I.E assignment is a 12-month contract based in Istanbul, with an ideal start date in January 2027, contingent on visa requirements. \nAre you a good match?\nFor this V.I.E., we are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing or a related field, with previous experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with exposure to boutique operations. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role, Turkish is a plus. \nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Previous project management experience is a plus.\nWe are seeking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong service and client-centric mindset, and who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset will be key in the success of this assignment.\nWhat are we expecting from you?\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport operational projects and the daily activities of boutique teams.\nEnsure Maison and Group procedures are properly implemented and support audits and follow-up actions.\nPrepare daily sales reports and ad hoc performance analyses.\nSupport the implementation of Visual merchandising guidelines and campaigns.\nLiaise with external suppliers and support boutique events and animations.\nProvide ad hoc operational support to the Country Manager.\nMore than a role….
