You are fully proficient in English (written and spoken), French is a plus.\nWhat are we expecting from you?\nReporting to the Retail Expertise Manager, you actively contribute to the development and deployment of training programs dedicated to the Maison's Sales Associates, with the central goal of service excellence and alignment with the Maison’s Retail strategy.\nAs part of your missions, you will:\nDesign programs from end to end - from needs assessment to artistic direction - developing tailored contents that upskill Sales Associates on all retail competencies: boutique sales, omnichannel, storytelling and service excellence;\n\nAnalyze and understand Sales Associates' needs, in coordination with all inter-functional teams (Marketing, Client, Retail Performance, Omnichannel, Clienteling) as well as Regions and Markets;\n\nPartner with regional Training Managers to gather feedback, co-create modules and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions, ensuring seamless deployment across markets;\n\nMonitor performance and impact of all programs in collaboration with the Retail Performance Team, building the right KPIs, leveraging LMS data and Client Barometer insights to drive continuous improvement;\n\nContribute to budget management within your scope and assist in sourcing external service providers when relevant.\n\nMore than a role….
