We believe when inclusion is fully embraced and empowered, creativity and knowledge emerge to deliver excellence, advancing the community that is uniquely Richemont Americas.\nSales Manager\nMontblanc | Tampa, Florida\nReports to: Boutique Manager\nRole Overview\nReporting to the Boutique Manager the overall responsibility for the Sales Manager role is co-manage the sales, customer service, and operations of retail boutique while providing for the growth and development of the sales team.\nResponsibilities (or Mission)\nPlans and directs the day-to-day sales operations of the boutique.\nDevelops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.\nDevelop a strong sales team to deliver consistent luxury client experience.\nImplementation and execution of sales initiatives\nEnsures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.\nEnsures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.\nForecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas together with the District Manager.\nParticipates in the annual review process\nQualifications\nA bachelor's degree or its equivalent; at least 5 years of experience in retail sales.\nRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.\nLead and directs the work of others.\nExcellent understanding and appreciation of the luxury goods markets\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written to people of varying levels and cultures;\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relations within the company;\nHighly creative.
