You will own and coordinate release activities, maintain and improve our GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to the overall administration, stability and operational health of our Salesforce environments.\nWorking closely with Salesforce developers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Product teams and other technology stakeholders, you will help ensure that changes are delivered safely, efficiently and consistently across environments.\nHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?\nRelease Management\nOwnand coordinateSalesforce releases acrossenvironments, fromplanning and readinesschecks to production deploymentand post-release validation.\n\nCoordinaterelease calendars, dependenciesand activitieswithdevelopment, productand architecture teams.\n\nManage deploymentissues, troubleshooting and rollback activitieswhenrequired.\n\nFollow Salesforce seasonalreleases, criticalupdates and deprecations, assesstheirimpact and coordinaterequiredtesting and remediation.\n\nContinuouslyimproverelease processes, standards and documentation.\n\nPlatform Administration & Health\nActas akey Salesforce administratorand ensurethe overallhealth, stabilityand maintainability of the SForg.\n\nMonitor platform usage, limits, storage, licenses, scheduledjobs, integrationsand otherkey platform indicators.\n\nManage environmentsand sandboxes, as well as users, permissions and access according to established governance and security principles.\n\nIdentify configuration issues, technical debt and platform risks, and coordinate remediation actions.\n\nSupport incident investigation and root-cause analysis for Salesforce-related issues.\n\nDevOps & ContinuousImprovement\nOperate, maintain and evolve GitLab CI/CD pipelines supporting Salesforce delivery.\n\nDevelop and maintain scripts and automation for build, validation, deployment and release activities.\n\nTroubleshootpipeline and deploymentissues and improveautomation reliability.\n\nContributeto branching, merge request, versioning, qualitygatesand release strategies.\n\nPromote Salesforce and DevOps best practices and identifyopportunities to simplify, automate and securedelivery processes.\n\nHOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?\nYou will join an international technology environment where Salesforce is a strategic platform supporting key business capabilities across Richemont.\nYou will have the opportunity to combine Salesforce platform expertise, DevOps and release management, with real ownership of how the platform is operated and evolved.\nYou will work closely with experienced developers, architects and technology specialists while having the autonomy to improve our release processes, automation and Salesforce operational practices.\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nExperience& Salesforce\nProven hands-on experiencewithSalesforce administration and release management in an enterpriseenvironment.\n\nStrong understandingof Salesforce configuration, security, metadata, sandboxesand deploymentmechanisms.\n\nExperiencewithSalesforce CLI, Salesforce DX and source-drivendevelopmentpractices.\n\nGood understandingof Salesforce platform constraints, governorlimits, seasonalreleases and critical updates.\n\nDevOps & GitLab\nStrong hands-on experiencewithGit, GitLaband GitLabCI/CD.\n\nAbilityto maintainand evolveCI/CD pipelines and deploymentautomation.\n\nExperiencewithbranchingstrategies, merge requests, versioning and automatedvalidation.\n\nScripting skills(Shell or equivalent) for DevOps and deployment automation.\n\nPersonalSkills\nStrong troubleshooting and analyticalcapabilitieswitha structuredapproachto production changes.\n\nAbilityto identifyrisks, coordinatetechnicaldependenciesand workacrossdevelopment, architecture, infrastructure and securityteams.\n\nGood communication skillsand abilityto document technicaland operationalprocessesclearly.\n\nCertifications\nSalesforce Certified Administrator is required.\n\nSalesforce Platform App Builder certification is a plus.\n\nSalesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.\n\nSalesforce Platform Developer certification is an advantage.\n\nAdditional Salesforce or DevOps-related certifications are appreciated.\n\nLanguages\nFluent Portuguese and English are required.\n\nFrench would be an advantage.\n\nYOUR JOURNEY WITH US:\nIf your application is selected, we will contact you ASAP for an informal introductory call.\n\nThe next step from there would be a first technical interview with an area team representative;
