You will be joining a dynamic team where you will support our Rendez-Vous product team by developing new SF features within the team.\nRichemont Rendez-Vous solution aims at improving the experience of Customers, Sales Associates and Client Relation Centre Ambassadors through a unique tool fully integrated with all the client touchpoints.\nAbility for a client to book an appointment online, in the boutique or through the CRC.\nAbility for Richemont staff (Boutique, CRC,…) to create, search, reschedule, cancel appointments notifying the client.\nFull integration with Richemont CRM to search, link or enrich customer records.\nSupport physical and virtual appointments as well as appointments in external boutiques and wholesalers’.\nMeasure use and conversion.\nManage boutique queues and waiting time.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nEnsure the usability of RDV features.\nCooperate with agile team to understand, refine and estimate requirements.\nImplement new features requested by the Product Owner.\nEngage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to guarantee quality and performance. \nProduce significant, reusable, scalable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices. \nEnsure bug fixing.\nEnsure traceability through Jira (agile project management tool).\nActively participate to regular agile meetings (Daily Meeting, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective).\nYOUR PROFILE\nA specialist who has solid experience in back/front-end development on Salesforce platform.\nUnderstanding of security models.\nHas experience with REST integrations.\nKnows basics of administration Main skills required : \nApex, LWC \nREST \nSecurity model \nExperience cloud \n\nBachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.\nMinimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce software development.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.\nStrong knowledge of Agile methodology, experience with Jira and Confluence suitable.\nPrevious exposure to test automation technologies and best practices is a plus.\n#Richemont
