We are looking for a talented Salesforce Salesforce Solution & Integration Architect with strong platform architecture knowledge and proven expertise as an Integration Architect to support the delivery and evolution of the Client360 product within Client Platforms.\nYou will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Integration Platform, Security and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders. You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Service & Data Cloud and the wider Richemont technology landscape.\nThis is a senior, hands-on architecture leadership role for a large-scale, business-critical Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate must demonstrate ownership of complex enterprise solutions spanning Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, middleware, API management, event-driven integration and multiple upstream and downstream platforms. The role requires evidence of architecture leadership in a highly integrated, multi-team and multi-vendor enterprise environment.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn the end-to-end solution architecture for Client360 initiatives, from discovery and option assessment through detailed design, delivery and operational readiness \nTranslate functional and non-functional requirements into pragmatic solution blueprints aligned with Client Platforms and Enterprise Architecture guardrails \nDesign scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions covering data model, sharing and security, automation, extensibility, performance and maintainability \nLead integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, including SAP, Google Cloud Platform and third-party applications \nDefine and govern API-led, event-driven, synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, including security, error handling, resilience, replay, reconciliation and observability \nCollaborate with MuleSoft, Solace, Kong and integration teams to ensure consistent API, messaging and canonical data model practices \nDefine clear integration contracts and non-functional requirements covering interface ownership, data quality, throughput, latency, availability, versioning and backward compatibility \nEnsure end-to-end integration operability by establishing monitoring, alerting, traceability, support ownership and recovery procedures across Salesforce and connected platforms \nReview and validate technical designs, user stories, change requests and architectural proposals produced by Product and delivery teams \nFacilitate architecture, integration, security and design-authority discussions, documenting decisions, risks, assumptions, dependencies and technical debt \nEnsure solutions comply with security, privacy, identity and access-management requirements, including OAuth, SSO, role-based access and data protection \nAssess Salesforce releases, new platform capabilities and integration technologies, and lead focused proofs of concept where relevant \nSupport the analysis and resolution of major platform or integration incidents and drive sustainable corrective actions \nMaintain architecture standards, reusable patterns, decision records, diagrams and implementation guidelines, while coaching technical leads and developers \nOwn the architecture of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, including ingestion, data harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, activation, consent and integration with Service Cloud and external platforms. \nAct as the accountable architecture lead across multiple workstreams, coordinating architectural decisions and dependencies across internal teams, implementation partners, vendors and enterprise technology domains. \nChallenge and validate implementation choices across Apex, Flow, Lightning components, Salesforce platform limits, integration middleware, events, API contracts and enterprise data models; remain sufficiently hands-on to work at design-detail level with developers and engineers. \nDefine and validate measurable non-functional requirements for scalability, resilience, high availability, disaster recovery, throughput, latency, performance, security, observability and operational support. \nLead architecture reviews for high-volume and business-critical processes, including failure scenarios, idempotency, retry strategies, replay, reconciliation, data consistency and end-to-end recovery. \nProvide architecture governance from design through production, ensuring that approved decisions are implemented and that deviations, risks and technical debt are explicitly managed. \nArchitect privacy- and compliance-ready data solutions adhering to global data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, PIPL), leveraging Salesforce Shield encryption, event monitoring, and data retention mechanisms.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field \n8+ years of experience in technology delivery, including 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect \nProven delivery experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in complex, enterprise-scale and multi-system environments \nDemonstrated Integration Architect expertise, with strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging, integration security, synchronous and asynchronous patterns \nStrong understanding of platform and enterprise architecture, including scalability, availability, performance, observability, data governance and security by design \nExperience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft, Solace, Kong, SAP and Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent enterprise technologies \nAbility to produce and communicate architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, interface contracts, architecture decision records and technical standards \nGood experience in Agile delivery and the Atlassian suite of products, including Confluence, Jira and Zephyr \nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills \nExcellent proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, Product stakeholders and senior management \nProven experience as the accountable lead architect for at least one large-scale Salesforce transformation, with responsibility for cross-platform architecture, major design decisions, non-functional requirements and production readiness.\nDemonstrable experience architecting a Salesforce landscape with numerous integrations, complex upstream and downstream dependencies, multiple delivery teams and business-critical data flows.
