through a process of permanent creativity.\nSenior Brand Controller (1Y) / Childcare Leave Backup\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nConstruct brand’s budget/latest trend and cost controls, financial analysis\n\nProvide timely financial data for decision-making and capital investment analysis\n\nSupport regional and HQ office’s counter parties to understand local market providing various forms of financial analysis\n\nMonitored relevant KPIs to communicate to brand management\n\nSupport business leaders in respective brands.\n\nEstablish standard metrics for measuring, reporting and tracking performance (productivity and profitability of boutiques)\n\nEstablish standard operating and financial procedures and best practices for supporting brands’ operation\n\nIdentify cost reductions and profit improvement opportunities and make appropriate recommendations for implementing plans to address them.\n\nSupport in strategy development and implementation\n\nResponsible for optimizing cash flows to support the company’s resource needs\n\nResponsible for key brand’s project and figures in FP&A meetings\n\nInvolve in ad-hoc FP&A/Finance projects\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nExperience in a financial role covering full range of Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting and general finance\n\nDemonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, management reporting and forecasting\n\nEntrepreneurship and agile mindset\n\nContinous improvement mindset, challeing status quo to improve efficiency\n\nSolid financial background and business acumen\n\nStrong attention to details and Analytical background\n\nGood communication skills with business partners\n\nStrong analytical and Problem-Solving skills\n\nProven ability to professionally manage time, prioritize
