internship offers the opportunity to gain experience in client engagement, luxury hospitality, event coordination, and international project management within a global luxury environment.\nWorking closely with regional teams and different departments, the intern contributes to delivering an excellent client experiences while ensuring a seamless logistical coordination with the different regional teams ahead of each event.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport the coordination and organization of exclusive client visits to Our Delvaux Atelier at l'Arsenal;\n\nCoordinate travel and hospitality arrangements for clients visiting Belgium, including accommodation, transportation, restaurant reservations, and other logistical aspects;\n\nAssist in the planning and execution of client events in Belgium and internationally, in collaboration with regional teams;\n\nContribute to the development of the VIC hospitality strategy, supporting initiatives by delivering exceptional and memorable client experiences.\n\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nYou will experience success with us by:\nBringing your relevant academic background (Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Luxury Management, Hospitality, Communication, or related fields);\n\nDemonstrating strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail;\n\nCollaborating effectively as a team player across departments;\n\nPossessing a keen sense for luxury, client experience, and hospitality;\n\nUtilizing your proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and general systems;\n\nCommunicating clearly and
