You can work autonomously, proactively and you are solution oriented.\nWhat are we expecting from you?\nAs Store Design and Planning Assistant for the SEA Market, you will support the Store Planning team in the coordination of boutique execution, refurbishment and maintenance across the South-East Asia market (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia).\nYou will contribute to ensuring that projects are properly coordinated, documented and followed up according to approved timelines, budgets and Maison standards.\n You will work closely with Regional Store Planning, Retail, Visual Merchandising, boutique teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project implementation and timely resolution of project-related matters\nYour main missions will be\nSupport the coordination and follow-up of assigned boutique design, refurbishment, and maintenance projects according to approved timelines.\nManage boutique maintenance, including routine and extraordinary maintenance activities.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, layouts, quotations, reports, project trackers and other relevant documents.\nSupport drawing and layout review, ensuring alignment with Maison standards and approved project requirements.\nSupport project budget tracking and maintain accurate expenditure and quotation records within approved project budgets.\nSupport the preparation of maintenance status reports for internal follow-up and management review.\nEnsure project documentation, drawings, quotations and reports are properly filed and updated throughout the project lifecycle.\nOperate relevant Maison systems and digital platforms, including SAP, YOOBIC, MSC Security and LGSM systems, according to project and operational requirements.\nSupport SAP-related administrative activities, including purchase orders, quotations and invoices.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all required information and documentation are available in a timely manner.\nAssist with project reporting, meeting preparation, minutes and follow-up actions.\nCoordinate and manage any other ad-hoc duties related to Store Planning and project coordination as assigned.\nMore than a role….
