Moreover, you will be involved in projects and events such as campus recruitment and employe branding initiatives.\nHOW YOU CAN CREATE IMPACT:\nAs a talent sourcer, you will support in generating candidates through research, relationship building, LinkedIN searches and pro-active management of our candidate databases.\n\nYou will work closely with the TA team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies.\n\nYou will support and manage multiple active searches which will include screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.\n\nBe an ambassador and deliver impactful Richemont messages to attract, connect and engage with candidates.
