Play your part in driving our collective success.\nYOUR ROLE\nWe are seeking a Talent & Community Manager to strengthen our Maison’s visibility, desirability and engagement globally. Reporting to the International PR & Communication Director, this role focuses on developing and managing strategic relationships with key talents, fostering an engaged online community and coordinating talent activations across markets. The position highly contributes to amplifying the Maison’s brand narrative and connecting with its discerning clientele.\nPLAYING YOUR PART\nTALENT & INFLUENCER STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT\nYou will develop and implement a comprehensive talent and influencer strategy aligned with the Maison's brand identity, marketing objectives, and global communication plan\nYou will identify, scout, and evaluate potential brand ambassadors whose profiles resonate with the Maison's values, heritage, and target audience\nYou will build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with talents, and relevant industry stakeholders\nYou will manage budgets, and oversee all aspects of talent partnerships, whilst coordinating countries in their talent activation efforts\nCOMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & ADVOCACY\nYou will define and execute strategies to grow and engage the Maison's online communities across various digital platforms\nYou will actively monitor social media channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks\nYou will engage proactively with the community, responding in the Maison's distinctive tone of voice, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty\nYou will collaborate with the Editorial & Copywriting team to develop compelling content tailored for community engagement and storytelling\nCROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & BRAND AMPLIFICATION\nYou will work closely with the Press Relations team to integrate talent activations into broader PR strategies and maximize media coverage\nYou will partner with the Editorial & Copywriting team to ensure consistent messaging and compelling storytelling across all talent and community initiatives\nYou will collaborate with internal teams to align talent and community efforts with overall business objectives and product launches\nWHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?\nSuccess in this role will require:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field\nMinimum of 5-10 years of international experience in talent management, influencer marketing, and/or community management\nProven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and managing high-profile talents and influencers, with a keen understanding of luxury brand partnerships\nDeep understanding of digital and social media ecosystems, with a strong grasp of emerging trends\nExceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, combined with strong project management and strategic thinking\nFluent in English and French\nVacheron Constantin celebrates 270 years as the world’s oldest watchmaker in continuous production since 1755.
