Category Manager, you will support Group Technology teams in optimizing and executing sourcing strategies for cutting-edge IT categories-including SaaS, cloud services, software, professional services, and hardware-delivering optimal value in terms of quality, service, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).\n Location: Meyrin (Geneva area)\n Contract Type: 5-month fixed-term contract (Internship)\nStart Date: ideally January 2027\nHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?\nIn close partnership with our Group Technology department, Maisons, and regions, you will ensure the successful implementation of our procurement policies and global sourcing strategies.\nContribute to Global Category Management:\nMarket Intelligence: Support category intelligence management, including category analysis, spend and risk analysis and best practices identification, to facilitate the implementation of category strategies across the organisation\nSupplier Relations: Support the management of the preferred suppliers list\nValue Creation: Propose value creation initiatives, such as rationalization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.\nPerformance: Contribute to enhancing category performance reporting.\nSupport stakeholders in their sourcing and supplier management activities:\nAdvisory: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and advise them on optimal sourcing strategies\nProcess Execution: Actively contribute to defining technical/business requirements and performing procurement actions in accordance with Group policies.\n Full Sourcing Support: Provide comprehensive procurement support for technology-related needs:Negotiate the best conditions TCO-wise (pricing, terms and conditions, SLA, etc.)\nProvide procurement support throughout technology projects, including managing RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, as well as contract renewals.\nEnsure compliance with the negotiated terms.\n\nHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?\nYou are a proactive team player who communicates clearly and brings positive energy to collaborative goals.\nYou are naturally curious, highly structured, and possess strong analytical skills.\nYou are fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).\nYou are proficient in Microsoft Excel (for data and spend analysis) and PowerPoint (for clear presentations).\nYou are in your 4th or, ideally, 5th year of a Master’s degree majoring in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related business field.\nYou have an active internship agreement (convention de stage) with your school or university.\nYou are available for a
