We continue to work towards creating a workforce that represents the diversity of our clients and our communities.\nTemporary Part-Time Sales Associate\nMontblanc | Santa Clara\nReports to: Boutique Manager\nOverview\nReporting to the Boutique Manager, the objective of this role if to achieve individual sales objectives; developing and servicing the customer.\nPrimary responsibilities\nAchieve preset sales objectives.\n\nDevelop network and clientele.\n\nCapture client information; consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships and sales\n\nPossess strong product knowledge of the various collections\n\nProvide outstanding customer service.\n\nDevelop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after sales service techniques.\n\nMaintain the aesthetic quality of the store.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.\n\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\nStanding on the sales floor for 90% of the workday\n\nReaching to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves\n\nBending to access product stored within cabinets\n\nOccasional need to use a ladder to reach product\n\nUnpacking and/or lifting of large boxes that contain product\n\nRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
