With 180 skills brought together under one roof, the Manufacture creates fine timepieces that combine technical ingenuity with aesthetic beauty and a distinctively understated sophistication.\nHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?\nWebsite Operations & Content\nSupport the Content and Omnichannel Experience Project Manager in coordinating the editorial calendar, ensuring smooth customer journeys and Maison-aligned messaging. \nCollaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, markets) to guarantee on-time content and activations delivery. \nContribute to catalog maintenance (product updates, assortments, visibility) and support the launch of new products online. \nMonitor user experience, benchmark best-in class websites and identify improvement opportunities. \nImprove our website content for SEO and monitor impact.\nRetail Tools & Digital Operations\nSupport the team in monitoring and improving retail digital tools \nAssist in building and maintaining regular reports \nFollow up on tickets and coordinate with IT and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues. \nParticipate in testing phases (UAT) for new features and tools enhancements. \nContribute to the documentation of processes and best practices for retail digital tools \nThe role may involve ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities within the broader retail function.\nWHAT ABOUT YOU ?\nYou are currently pursuing a Master’s degree and are looking for a 6-month internship. You have a first experience in e-commerce or digital project management.
