The role combines accounting responsibilities with financial analysis, controlling and reporting activities, supporting the business in monitoring financial performance and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounting & Reconciliations\nPerform monthly Balance Sheet account reviews and reconciliations.\nAnalyze and investigate accounting variances and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.\nPrepare and post journal entries in the accounting system.\nReview and validate PR-PO accounting and account coding, ensuring expenses are correctly recorded.\nReview and adjust Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis.\nSupport the month-end and year-end closing activities.\nCost & Revenue Controlling\nPerform detailed expense analysis, identifying variances and providing explanations.\nMonitor and analyze Revenue and Cost performance.\nPrepare and monitor provisions for penalties and other relevant accruals.\nSupport the preparation and follow-up of Forecast activities.\nPrepare and analyze Technical Service COGS data.\nReporting & Financial Analysis\nPrepare and deliver financial reporting through Hyperion.\nSupport the analysis of financial results and key performance indicators.\nProvide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders to support decision-making.\nBPS / Customer-Level Controlling\nPerform BPS follow-up at customer level.\nMonitor and analyze Trading Profit by customer.\nIdentify significant variances and trends and coordinate the necessary follow-up with the relevant stakeholders.\nYou will ideally have\nFrench proficiency required, with the ability to communicate, understand and write confidently at a professional level.\nAdditional languages would be highly advantageous.\nStrong analytical skills.\nA minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role carrying out comparable responsibilities.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.\nKnowledge of Oracle.\nAble to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously and effectively.\nQuick to adapt to new processes and ways of working.\nWell-organised and methodical, with a structured approach to administrative activities.\nIn return for your commitment, you can expect\nAt Ricoh, work should feel meaningful, supportive and fulfilling.
