As a CS Field Engineer at Ricoh, you will enjoy a varied working environment, access to modern technology, and the opportunity to create first-class meeting experiences for some of Sweden’s most forward-thinking companies.\nAbout the Role\nYou will be an important part of our Communication Services team. You will work with the installation, servicing, and support of modern meeting room solutions - from smaller meeting rooms to large conference facilities. Your assignments will cover the full range of AV equipment, including displays, microphones, cameras, and other video conferencing equipment.\nYou will work with a broad portfolio of products and solutions daily and experience with systems from companies such as Cisco, Yealink, or Logitech is considered an advantage.\nThe role is varied and includes both shorter assignments and larger projects that require you to be on-site for full working day. Planning is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues in Support and Dispatch, providing good structure and coordination in your daily work.\nYour Responsibilities Include\nInstallation of AV equipment and meeting room solutions\nCable installation and equipment mounting\nFunctional and quality checks\nTroubleshooting in collaboration with coordinators and Technical Support\nService assignments at existing customer sites\nDocumentation in the case management system\nYou will ideally have\nWe Are Looking for Someone Who\nHas experience in AV technology and similar technical roles\nHas worked with systems from companies such as Cisco, Yealink, or Logitech\nIs technically skilled, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious\nHas a professional and service-oriented approach\nIs flexible and comfortable working in a variety of environments\nHolds Swedish citizenship (security screening is part of the recruitment process)\nHas a valid Category B driving licence\nIs fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English\nIn return for your commitment, you can expect\nAt Ricoh, work should feel meaningful, supportive and fulfilling.
