Working closely with our Sales and Pre-Sales teams delivery, you will lead discovery, define solution architectures, and implement scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead discovery workshops to identify and shape automation opportunities\nDesign and deliver end-to-end digital automation solutions, from requirements through to implementation and BAU handover\nConduct implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning, with a focus on remote delivery capability where possible\nManage professional services delivery, including utilisation and billing for consulting services\nDevelop solution architectures, Statements of Work, and cost estimates\nSupport pre-sales activities, including RFx responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations\nDeliver implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning of solutions\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders\nTo be successful in this role:\nSkills & Experience\nWe are seeking experience across the following technologies and capabilities:\nDocument Management/Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions\nElectronic Forms and Workflow solutions\nSystems integration across enterprise platforms\nIntelligent Capture Solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar is preferred)\nRobotic Process Automation (RPA)\nYou will also demonstrate:\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nExposure to pre-sales activities including demonstrations and solutioning\nGeneral knowledge of AI technologies and current trends\nWhat we give back to you?\nAt Ricoh, we take pride in giving back for your contribution to our success.
