This role is responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial results, strong controls and compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements. You will play a key role in financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, audit support and continuous improvement, partnering closely with internal and regional stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage month-end close, including journals, accruals, reconciliations and variance analysis\nMaintain balance sheet integrity, including intercompany balances and complex reconciliations\nAccount for payroll, commissions, bonuses, leave provisions and IFRS16 leases\nPrepare financial reports, dashboards and commentary for stakeholders\nReview P&L, balance sheet and cash flow results\nSupport tax, statutory reporting and audit processes (ATO, APRA, ABS)\nApprove payments within delegated authority\nContribute to improving financial controls, policies and processes\n To be successful in this role:\nAbout You\nCA/CPA qualified\n3-4+ years’ experience in financial accounting and reporting\nStrong knowledge of IFRS and Australian tax (GST, FBT, Income Tax)\nProven ability to resolve complex reconciliation issues\nProactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused\nStrong communicator and collaborative team player\nTechnology industry experience is advantageous but not essential\nThis is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract\nTo be successful in this role:\nWhat we give back to you?\nAt Ricoh, we take pride in giving back for your contribution to our success.
