If you are looking for a place where your voice is heard, your development is supported, and your work feels meaningful, you will feel at home at Ricoh.\nTasks\nWhat you will be doing\nOperate and support network security infrastructure in a data center environment\nHandle incidents, changes, and service requests in line with SLAs\nProvide 24/7 support (on-call rotation: 1 week per month)\nPerform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring\nConvert high-level designs into technical configurations\nManage vendor communication and escalations\nMaintain high standards of documentation, approvals, and processes\nRequirements\nYou will ideally have\n8+ years of experience in network/security engineering (enterprise environments)\nStrong hands-on experience with:Juniper (SRX)\nFortinet (Firewalls & Proxy)\nF5 (LTM, preferably with cloud/WAF exposure)\n\nTCP/IP, routing & switching (data center / service provider environments)\nFirewalls, VPNs, authentication systems, load balancing\nStrong analytical skills and troubleshooting mindset\nPalo Alto, Cisco, CheckPoint, Arista, Meinberg\nFluent English and ability to work in international teams\nBenefits\nIn return for your commitment, you can expect\nAt Ricoh, work should feel meaningful, supportive and fulfilling.
