If you are looking for a place where your voice is heard, your development is supported, and your work feels meaningful, you will feel at home at Ricoh.\nWhat you will be doing\nImplementing Ricoh’s allocated offerings product strategy to achieve company objectives (units, revenue and gross margin, market share),\nServe as the internal and external evangelist for the offerings to build awareness and understanding,\nManage all lifecycle stages for products from pre-launch through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood, and releases are delivered on time,\nDevelop product pricing and positioning strategies,\nDrive product launches including working with PR agency, executives, and other product management team members,\nDevelop a cohesive value proposition for allocated portfolio, focusing on clear customer benefits,\nWork closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend the right products and/or services,\nDevelop and implement promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed,\nComparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market and seeking opportunities for differentiation.\nYou will ideally have\nBachelor’s degree,\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a product manager or junior/associate product manager,\nExcellent command of written and spoken English,\nWorking effectively with cross-functional teams,\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills,\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while paying close attention to detail,\nAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment,\nAbility to pick up new technologies and tackle challenges quickly.\n#RTR #LI-RP\nIn return for your commitment, you can expect\nAt Ricoh, work should feel meaningful, supportive and fulfilling.
