Our purpose is to shape the future of work and the sustainability of our world and use its infinite potential to truly imagine change.\nIs this the role for you?\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Production Technician working in the field, you will ensure Production Print service meets customer’s expectation.\nPerform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPI’s.\nDiscuss all problems and machine faults with customers in a professional and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.\nImproving and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.\nWork with all Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.\nTo be successful in this role:\nYou Will Have\nMinimum 2 years Previous Experience in a similar role.\nQualification required - tertiary qualification highly desired.\nPrevious Experience in a similar role.\nAmazing customer service.\nAbility to work in high pressure environment.\nStrong technical ability and knowledge.\nA desire to learn.\nWhat we give back to you?\nAt Ricoh, we take pride in giving back for your contribution to our success.
