Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can influence strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful change?\nAt Ricoh Europe, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Group IT PMO. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale strategic initiatives across digital transformation, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and business change programmes.\nAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading projects from concept through to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nYou'll:\nLead large-scale business and digital transformation programmes across Europe.\nDeliver projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.\nManage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources.\nEngage and influence senior stakeholders across the business.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.\nDrive continuous improvement, PMO best practice and knowledge sharing.\nCoach and mentor project teams while promoting Agile ways of working.\nEnsure projects deliver measurable business value and align with strategic objectives.\nYou will ideally have\nWe're seeking an experienced project professional who combines technical expertise with exceptional leadership and communication skills.\nYou'll ideally have:\nSignificant experience delivering complex IT projects and programmes.\nStrong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2 and Hybrid delivery methodologies.\nExperience managing business transformation, infrastructure and application projects.\nProven ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors and stakeholders at executive level.\nExperience working as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.\nExcellent leadership, coaching, facilitation and problem-solving skills.\nStrong commercial awareness with the ability to align projects to business outcomes.\nQualifications\nYou'll bring:\nA degree (or equivalent experience).\nProfessional Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM, SAFe or Agile.\nExperience using Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow and other project management tools.\nIn return for your commitment, you can expect\nAt Ricoh, work should feel meaningful, supportive and fulfilling.
