If you are looking for a place where your voice is heard, your development is supported, and your work feels meaningful, you will feel at home at Ricoh.\nWhat you will be doing\nTo report any non-compliance with Company and departmental processes, wilful damage of machinery/equipment, or employee negligence to waste Company resources including time, materials and property.\nEnsure all job requests are accurately logged into the appropriate job management system.\nEnsure that at the end of the shift all information is entered onto the shift handover log, where applicable.\nEscalate to Line Manager when stock levels are low.\nAttend and contribute to monthly meetings.\nOperates all printing equipment on site\nFollow instructions from Site Services Manager\nProvide telephony support to the client by timely response to incidents assigned via the client's incident management system, where required\nProvide onsite management of the client fleet in accordance with contractual requirements, where applicable\nProducing/Managing work in accordance to specification and schedule. Including booking in of work, preparations, reprographic production, scanning, binding, regular stock level checks, packaging and delivery of completed work back to the clients.\nYou will ideally have\nAdvanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office packages\nEffective team leadership skills\nGood literacy and numeracy skills\nGood knowledge of outsourcing processes.\nPrevious experience in a similar role\nIn return for your commitment, you can expect\nAt Ricoh, work should feel meaningful, supportive and fulfilling.
